The Yin Yang Sweater is built around a problem most knitwear doesn't solve: warmth that doesn't compromise structure, softness that doesn't lose shape. A cotton-poly blend can't retain heat through a full day. Wool demands maintenance most people won't give it. This fleece blend (67% polyester, 27% cotton, 4% spandex) was chosen because it holds warmth, holds its form, and moves with you without pulling or sagging. It's the kind of fabric decision that isn't visible, but is felt every time you wear it.
At the front, a yin yang–inspired design is cut into the garment itself — not printed, not patched. The two halves close with functional frog clasps, a detail drawn from Chinese heritage that also happens to be the most satisfying way to do up a sweater. Strength meeting softness, held together by something intentional.
Finished with a mandarin collar, two deep pockets, and Made by Min embroidery at the sleeve.

Why this piece costs what it costs
The yin yang design isn't applied to this garment, it's built into it. The pattern was cut specifically for this sweater, with the frog clasp placement engineered to align with the design. The fabric was chosen after testing alternatives: wool blends are high maintenance, cotton-poly blends lose heat, and standard fleece loses shape. This blend was the answer. Every detail — from the mandarin collar to the embroidered sleeve is resolved, not decorated.
